This includes time tracking, expense reporting, attendance and custom workflow. We currently employ more than 100 staffs in both our Japan and Singapore offices. During my interview, the management at TeamSpirit told me that they are creating an enterprise engagement platform known as the “Workforce Success Platform” (WSP), which will radically transform the employee working experience globally. WSP is a one-stop platform that can dramatically reduce paperwork in many companies. I thought it was meaningful that we do not have to waste time doing laborious and boring paperwork ever again.
I am very into emerging technology, so I am constantly networking with people in the AI/ Blockchain/ Cloud/ Fintech space. I also run my own portal, IKIGUIDE, documenting the latest most interesting developments in blockchain and fintech.
